Research Focus: Understanding and Reflecting Public Opinion in Democratic Institutions
While democracy is based on self-determination, aggregating diverse individual opinions in a community presents significant challenges. My research examines how public opinion manifests in elections and explores ways to develop electoral and political systems that more effectively reflect the will of the people.
